This could be a once in a lifetime opportunity for our local players to play on the hallowed turf of Twickenham, and you’re invited!

If you want to get involved and support your local teams then why not come to Twickenham for the day.

Newark & Southwell rugby clubs are organising coaches to Twickenham (subject to availability). For more details, and to register your interest in attending, please contact either:

Newark Rugby Club http://www.newarkrugby.com/contact/ Or Southwell Rugby Club http://www.southwellrugby.com/contact

As well as showcasing the sporting prowess of our local players, we’ll be raising money for the RFU Injured Players Foundation which looks after seriously injured players and helps prevent future injuries through research and education: http://www.rfuipf.org.uk/

Both clubs have committed to raising around £6,000 each, and any donations are welcome! Donations should be made payable to Newark or Southwell Rugby clubs and can be sent to one of the clubs, or to my constituency office at 29a London Road, Newark, Nottinghamshire NG24 1TN.

I’m very much looking forward to watching our local teams play at Twickenham and hope to see as many of you there on the day as possible!
